Preventing Late Uploads

Several schools have noticed that allowing students to upload very old service hours can be problematic. Late service uploads can...

• Make it difficult to verify the service done (since so much time has passed)
• Result in "waves" of service hours to be approved (for example, after the summer break, or right before graduation)

By introducing a deadline for uploading service hours, you can encourage your student to be more responsible and accountable - and overall simplify the management of service hours.

Starting today this is possible in 7works - as an optional setting. Simply edit the "Late Uploads" setting on the "Settings Page" of your 7works account. After enabling this setting students will not be able to upload any late service hours.
