General


School Name

This name will be used in communications with students, parents and verifiers

Timezone

The timezone to use when sending scheduled email, determining late upload, generating reports etc.

Emails


Email From

This setting controls how 7works email are displayed when they are sent to students, parents, verifiers, etc. The emails will always be from the address no-reply@7works.org, but this setting allows it to be a little more familiar - by including your school's name.

Email Reply-to

When students, verifiers, or parents reply to any emails sent by 7works, where should their responses be directed to?

Service Hours


Late Uploads

Use this setting to control how long after the service date is a student allowed to upload their service hours. The options are:

  • Allowed - Service hours can always be uploaded no matter how late.
  • Blocked after X day - Service hours performed than X days ago will not be be able to be uploaded to 7works

Third Party Verifications

  • Required - Service hours will not be counted toward a goal until they are both approved by a 7works admin, and confirmed by third party verification
  • Optional - Service hours will be counted toward the student's goal when they are approved only. Third party verification emails and text messages are not sent by default.
