Overview

When students upload service hours, 7works optionally allows them to add a "verifier" (supervisor). This is a person who can confirm the service was performed. 7works facilitates this via unique links sent directly via email or text message.

How it works

When a verifier is added to a service hour, 7works sends a unique, unguessable link directly to their phone or email. From that link, they will be able to confirm the service hours. This is the digital equivalent of a signed paper form.

Configuration

You can choose to have verification emails and text messages sent automatically, or only in an as-needed fashion. Check the settings section of your 7works admin page to change this behavior.
